Pompano Trench lies off Pompano Beach in Broward County, on Florida's southeast Atlantic coast, part of the reef line running parallel to shore in this stretch of the state. Boats out of nearby Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach marinas commonly serve this section of coastline. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 60 metres and is rated technical. Divers have also reported lobster here.
