Porer Reef lies near the small islet and lighthouse of Porer, off the southern tip of Istria near Rovinj on Croatia's Adriatic coast, and is typically reached by boat from Rovinj or nearby Premantura. The site sits over a rocky reef bottom and reaches a maximum depth of around 40 metres, though it is rated a beginner dive overall. Divers have reported lobster and moray eel among the reef life around the lighthouse islet.
