Puerto Naos

Puerto Naos is a coastal town on the southwest side of La Palma, in the Canary Islands, shaped by past volcanic activity from the Cumbre Vieja ridge above it. It sits along the island's Atlantic shoreline and serves as a base for diving along this stretch of coast, with a reef dive here reaching a maximum depth of around 40 metres and rated suitable for beginners. Visibility is generally great, and cuttlefish, damselfish, and parrotfish are common on the reef. Divers have also reported moray eels here, along with trumpetfish, ornate wrasse, pearly razorfish, Sally lightfoot crabs, and puffers, plus other damselfish and parrotfish variants typical of these Atlantic waters.
