About this site
Puka Beach sits on the northern tip of Boracay island in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines, facing open water away from the more sheltered White Beach on the island's west side. It is known primarily as a shoreline scattered with shell fragments that gave the beach its name, and the waters here are less developed than Boracay's main tourist beaches. As a dive site it is rated a beginner site, making it an accessible shore entry compared to more exposed points on the island.
