About this site
Yapak 1 lies off the northern tip of Boracay Island in the Visayas region of the Philippines, near the point known as Yapak beyond Diniwid and Puka Shell Beach. This stretch of coastline drops into deeper water off the island's north end and is typically reached by boat from the island's dive centers. The wall here reaches a maximum depth of around 70 metres and is rated an advanced dive. Divers have reported grouper, reef sharks, snapper, and tuna along the drop-off.
