Pulau Pandan sits off the coast of northeast Borneo, in the waters near the Malaysia-Indonesia border region, accessed from the coastal towns and islands scattered along that stretch of shoreline. The reef here is a beginner dive reaching a maximum depth of around 16 metres. Divers have also reported scorpionfish on the reef.
