Punta Mila lies along the Costa Brava coastline near Torroella de Montgri in Girona province, Catalonia. This stretch of rocky Mediterranean shore sits close to the mouth of the Ter river and the Montgri massif, within reach of dive operators based around L'Estartit and the nearby Medes Islands. The site is a reef dive reaching a maximum depth of around 18 metres and is rated as suitable for beginners.
