About this site
The Rarotongan reef site sits off Rarotonga, the main island of the Cook Islands in the South Pacific southwest of Tahiti, reached from operators based near the coastal villages that ring the island's lagoon and fringing reef. It is a reef dive reaching a maximum depth of around 26 metres and is rated advanced. Divers have also reported oceanic whitetip sharks passing through the area.
