About this site
Ras Abu Soma is a headland on the Red Sea coast of Qesm Safaga, south of Hurghada in Egypt's Red Sea Governorate, with dive sites along the fringing reef off the point often reached by boat from Safaga or nearby resorts on Abu Soma Bay. The Garden site sits over a reef bottom reaching a maximum depth of around 30 metres and is rated technical. Divers have reported clownfish and stingrays here.
