About this site

Tobia Arbaa is a reef site off Qesm Safaga along Egypt's Red Sea coast, in the Red Sea Governorate south of Hurghada. Sites in this stretch of the Red Sea are typically reached by boat from Safaga's harbor area. The reef tops out at around 15 metres and is rated a beginner dive, making it an easy option over its reef bottom. Scorpionfish are a regular find here, and divers have also reported fusiliers, grouper, lionfish, octopus, pufferfish, and stingrays on the reef.
