Restinga Punta Cuevas sits along the Golfo Nuevo coastline near Puerto Madryn, in Chubut Province on Argentina's Patagonian coast. The site takes its name from a rocky ledge, or restinga, close to the city itself, one of several dive access points along this sheltered gulf.
