About this site
Ron's Reef sits off Gaya Island near Kota Kinabalu, in the waters of Sabah on the Malaysian side of Borneo. The site lies within the Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park area, reached by short boat trips from the Kota Kinabalu coastline. It is a shallow reef dive with a maximum depth of around 10 metres, rated suitable for beginners.
