About this site
Sapi Reef sits off Pulau Sapi, one of the small islands within Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park, just offshore from Kota Kinabalu on the northwest coast of Sabah, Borneo. The park's islands are reached by short boat rides from the city jetty and are popular for their sheltered, shallow reef fringes. The reef here reaches a maximum depth of around 12 metres and is rated a beginner dive, making it a straightforward option for those getting used to diving in the area.
