About this site
Roques de Anaga offers dramatic volcanic formations rising from the Atlantic, creating a striking underwater landscape. Strong currents attract large schools of pelagic fish, while the rocky pinnacles host colorful sponges and anemones. Visibility often exceeds 20 meters, making it ideal for drift diving. The site teems with barracuda, angel sharks, and occasional rays. Depth ranges from 15 to 40 meters, suited for experienced divers. The rugged terrain provides caves and overhangs to explore. Water temperatures stay mild year-round, rarely dropping below 18°C.
