About this site
The Ryuko Maru sits in the Rock Islands lagoon near Meyungs on Koror, within the broader stretch of limestone islets between Koror and Peleliu in Palau. Boats based in Meyungs run out to this and other sites scattered through the lagoon. Divers here have reported boring giant clams, lollyfish sea cucumbers, threadfin butterflyfish, threespot wrasse, and whitecheek surgeonfish on the site.
