About this site
Saco Do Farol sits off Arvoredo Island in Brazil’s Santa Catarina, where clear Atlantic waters reveal vibrant marine life. The site features rocky formations covered in colorful sponges and corals, attracting schools of tropical fish, moray eels, and occasional sea turtles. Depths range from 5 to 18 meters, making it ideal for beginners and intermediate divers. Strong currents can occur, adding excitement for experienced divers. The area is part of a marine reserve, ensuring rich biodiversity. Visibility often exceeds 15 meters, with warm waters year-round. A great spot for underwater photography and drift diving.
