About this site
This stunning dive site in New Caledonia features a crescent-shaped reef teeming with marine life. The clear Pacific waters offer excellent visibility, often exceeding 30 meters. Divers encounter colorful tropical fish, sea turtles, and occasional reef sharks. The coral formations are vibrant and healthy, with dramatic drop-offs and swim-throughs. Currents can be moderate, making it ideal for intermediate divers. The site's unique topography creates sheltered areas perfect for exploring. Water temperatures stay warm year-round, typically between 24-28°C. Night dives reveal a different world of nocturnal creatures. The reef's position attracts pelagic species passing through the channel.
