About this site
Shaab Sharm is a reef site on Egypt's Red Sea coast, in the southern part of the country near the given coordinates. It reaches a maximum depth of around 18 metres and is considered a beginner dive. Currents here can run strong at times, so conditions are worth checking before entry. Divers have also reported barracuda, eagle rays, hammerhead sharks, trevally, and tuna passing through the reef.
