About this site
Shimosone (下曽根) is a boat-dive pinnacle in the Kerama Islands, Okinawa, about 20 minutes by boat, with a maximum depth of 45 m and an average around 10 m. It is one of the Kerama Big Three big-fish sites, dived for giant trevally, dogtooth tuna and manta rays, along with rare butterflyfish. Advanced divers only.
