About this site
Shiroyamazaki Oki (城山崎沖) is the closest boat site to the pier at Tanabe on the Kii Peninsula of Wakayama, about two minutes out, with a maximum depth of 10 m. Bedrock spreads across the site, and snake eels and blue-ringed octopus have been sighted. The site is suitable from beginner level.
