About this site
The SS Arratoon Apcar rests off Key Biscayne, at the southern tip of Miami-Dade County where Biscayne Bay meets the Atlantic, just north of the Florida Keys chain. This stretch of coast mixes shallow patch reefs with deeper offshore ledges reached by boat from the Miami area. The wreck itself sits in shallow water at a maximum depth of around 6.1 metres, making it a beginner dive. Divers have also reported angelfish around the site.
