Tangat Wreck lies near Sangat Island off Coron, in the Calamian Islands group of Palawan province, Philippines. This area, part of Busuanga's coastal waters, is known for a cluster of Japanese wrecks sunk during a 1944 American air raid, and Sangat Island itself sits close to several of these sites reached by short boat trips from Coron town.
