Terumbu Kuning lies off Lang Tengah Island, a small island off the coast of Terengganu in Peninsular Malaysia, within the same South China Sea waters that hold the more visited islands of the Perhentian and Redang group. Dive operators based on Lang Tengah and nearby Redang run trips out to reef sites scattered around these islands.
