Texas sits along the barrier reef fringing Roatan in Honduras's Bay Islands, reached by a short boat trip from West Bay, West End, or other nearby shore points. It is a wall dive with a maximum depth of about 15.2 metres, rated advanced due to strong current running along the site. Depth has been flagged as a hazard here, and divers should be prepared for the current to dictate the pace of the dive. Snapper and triggerfish have been reported along the wall, though the broader reef system likely holds more than what's been logged at this particular spot.
