About this site
The outer reef of Manihi Atoll plunges dramatically into the abyss, creating a sheer wall teeming with life. Schools of barracuda and trevally patrol the blue, while colorful soft corals cling to the steep drop. Strong currents bring nutrient-rich waters, attracting reef sharks and occasional manta rays. Visibility often exceeds 30 meters, revealing the stunning contrast between shallow coral gardens and the deep blue. Best suited for experienced divers due to occasional strong currents.
