Layang Layang is an isolated atoll in the South China Sea off Sarawak, Malaysia, sitting well out from the coast of Borneo and reachable mainly by liveaboard or charter flight to the island's small airstrip. The atoll's outer walls drop steeply into open water, a formation typical of this reef system. The Runnaway would be one of the named dive sites around this atoll's fringing reef.
