The Tribars sit off the Sydney coastline of New South Wales, in the waters near Malabar and Long Bay to the city's southeast. The name refers to concrete tetrapod-like structures placed on the seabed there, and the site is reached by boat from nearby ocean ramps around Botany Bay and the southern Sydney beaches.
