About this site
Three Rocks lies along the coastline of Okinawa's main island, in Japan's Ryukyu chain south of Kyushu, where the reef meets the East China Sea and Pacific waters. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 35 metres, consistent with the rocky formations and fringing reef common to this stretch of coast.
