Three Sisters lies off the New Jersey coast, in the waters of the New York Bight where numerous shipwrecks from the 19th and 20th centuries rest on the sea floor. The coordinates place it within the stretch of Atlantic waters commonly dived out of ports along the Jersey Shore and Long Island's south side.
