About this site
Tire Reef lies along the coast of Aruba, in the southern Caribbean off the island's leeward shore near Oranjestad, and is typically reached by a short boat trip from the western coast. It sits over a reef bottom reaching a maximum depth of around 27 metres. Divers have also reported eagle rays passing through the site.
