This Florida dive site offers clear Atlantic waters with mild currents, ideal for all skill levels. The reef system teems with colorful tropical fish, sea turtles, and occasional nurse sharks. The limestone formations create swim-throughs and overhangs, while sandy patches reveal garden eels. Visibility often exceeds 60 feet, with warm water year-round. The shallow reef starts at 20 feet, sloping to 40 feet, making it perfect for long bottom times. Nearby shipwrecks add variety for advanced explorers. Expect encounters with angelfish, parrotfish, and schools of grunts. The site sits close to shore, allowing easy access for day trips.
