About this site
Tunel Del Amor lies off Isla de la Juventud, Cuba's largest offshore island, south of the mainland in the Caribbean Sea. Divers here have reported Atlantic blue tang, redband and striped parrotfish, bluestriped and French grunts, and schoolmaster snapper moving over the reef, along with blade fire coral and massive starlet coral formations. The site sits within the limestone and coral terrain typical of the waters around the island.
