Turtle Pinnacle lies off the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii, in the waters offshore from the resort area near Waikoloa. This stretch of coastline is characterized by lava rock formations dropping into open ocean, with dive and snorkel operators running boat trips out from nearby harbors along the Kona side of the island.
