About this site
Turtle Playground lies off Mataking Island, a small island off the east coast of Sabah in Malaysian Borneo, in the Celebes Sea near Sipadan and Mabul. Mataking sits within the Coral Triangle, and its dive sites are reached by boat from resorts on the island itself. This reef is rated as a beginner dive, and divers have also reported nudibranchs among the reef life here.
