About this site
Turtle Reef offers vibrant coral gardens teeming with marine life in Papua New Guinea's Steffen Strait. The site features a sloping reef with hard and soft corals, attracting green sea turtles, reef sharks, and schools of tropical fish. Clear visibility and mild currents make it ideal for divers of all levels. The underwater terrain includes small caves and overhangs, perfect for exploration. Expect encounters with eagle rays and occasional manta rays gliding over the reef. Warm waters year-round enhance the experience.
