About this site
Turtle Transporter lies off Binongko, the southernmost of the main islands in the Wakatobi Regency of Sulawesi, Indonesia. This part of Wakatobi sits within the Coral Triangle and is reached mainly by liveaboard or boat trips out of the Wakatobi dive resorts further north, with Binongko itself remaining one of the less visited islands in the group. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 35 metres and is rated an intermediate dive.
