About this site

Twin Rocks is one of the dive sites off Anilao in the Mabini area of Batangas province, on the southwestern coast of Luzon, along the Verde Island Passage, a stretch of coastline known for its many small boat-accessed sites reached from the resorts and dive shops clustered around Anilao. The reef here reaches a maximum depth of around 35 metres, is rated intermediate, and typically has light current with good visibility. Barracuda, batfish, and pipefish are regularly encountered on the reef, and divers have also reported angelfish, clownfish, eagle rays, fusiliers, grouper, mandarinfish, manta rays, nudibranchs, parrotfish, seahorses, snapper, squid, sweetlips, trevally, triggerfish, tuna, whale sharks, and even dugongs at the site.
