About this site
This wreck lies off Normandy in the English Channel, resting at 20 meters. The Uss Sesame, a WWII landing craft, is encrusted with marine life—crabs, lobsters, and colorful wrasse dart around its structure. Strong currents bring excellent visibility, making it ideal for drift diving. The shallow depth allows extended bottom time. Nearby reefs host schools of pollock and occasional conger eels. Best dived at slack tide.
