About this site
Whitehouse Rock lies within the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, an Indian archipelago in the Bay of Bengal known for its scattered granite and coral outcrops, and sits offshore among the dive areas accessed from the main islands in this chain. It is a reef dive rated advanced, reaching a maximum depth of around 50 metres, with good visibility. Fusiliers are common over the reef, and divers have also reported barracuda, eagle rays, grouper, reef sharks, sea turtles, snapper, surgeonfish, trevally, and tuna passing through.
