About this site
Zimu Rock (子母岩), better known locally as 82.5K after its kilometre mark on the coastal highway near Nanya, is a shore dive on the Ruifang coast north of Bitou Cape. A shallow reef shelf at around 5 m drops onto cliff faces past 20 m, with the Da San Yuan pinnacle at about 23 m and a maximum of roughly 28–30 m. Current can be strong, and the site is treated as an advanced dive; it is best known among photographers for nudibranchs and scorpionfish.
