About this site
Huoyanshan (火焰山), at Jinshawan south of Longdong, is a shore dive from the abalone ponds on a half-moon shaped coast. Rock from the shore extends down to a sand bottom at 18–21 m, with a fair number of fish and invertebrates on the way. Summer is calm and used for training; in winter the site is exposed to large swell and rogue waves.
