About this site
Lakka is the dive with the famous arc, suiting every level of experience. You moor on a line close to the shore at 6 m, and toward the open sea big steps at 10 m, 15 m and 24 m lead in a half circle down into the blue to the main attraction, the arch. The top of the arch is 12 m below the surface. The area around it is delicate, with lots of small corals in many colours, so take care with your fins.
On the same site is a big cavern, open on top and as big as a cathedral, with room for three or four divers side by side. It is a swim-through with an entrance at 13 m and an exit at 7 m.
You see many kinds of nudibranchs, Spanish lobsters, spiny lobsters, big groupers, moray eels and big schools of sea breams and goldlines.
