Catarman – Coral Garden is a reef slope dive site situated within a marine sanctuary, featuring a coral garden of colourful soft corals and healthy hard coral formations, with depths ranging from 6 to 20 metres. The site suits divers from beginner level upward.
The reef holds a good variety of species well suited to patient, observant divers: barracuda, frogfish, scorpionfish, stonefish, pufferfish, and garden eels are regularly encountered. Turtles appear occasionally, and mantas and whale sharks visit in season.
Confirmed by our research team, reported by independent divers, or observed nearby via iNaturalist — each entry is labelled with its source.
