Program Overview

DiveConnect provides transactional/informational text messages related to your account and bookings. Examples include account verification, booking confirmations/updates, reminders, and post‑booking review invitations. Marketing texts are not sent unless you separately opt in to a marketing program.

How We Collect Consent

  • Digital consent (primary): Users may opt in through online forms within our website or app during booking or onboarding flows.
  • Text‑to‑subscribe (optional): If enabled for marketing programs, customers may opt in via keyword. Marketing programs are maintained separately from transactional messaging.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message Frequency

As needed for the services you use (typically 0–8 messages per month, varying with activity).

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt‑Out

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to stop receiving SMS messages. You will receive a final confirmation message.
