16 Shoal lies off Olongapo in Subic Bay, on the west coast of Luzon, an area long associated with the former US naval base and its surrounding dive operations, though this shoal itself is a reef site rather than one of the bay's wrecks. It reaches a maximum depth of around 20 metres and is rated an advanced dive, with divers noting strong currents around the reef. Thresher sharks are found here, and divers have also reported eagle rays, manta rays, snapper, and tuna passing through.
