About this site
The wreck known as Alasdair lies off County Down on Northern Ireland's Irish Sea coast, along a stretch of shoreline south of Belfast Lough known for rocky ground and small coastal settlements. It rests on a wreck bottom with a maximum depth of around 23 metres and is rated a beginner dive. Divers have reported wrasse around the site.
