Aquarium is a boat dive directly in front of the harbour of Las Galletas on Tenerife, reached by a short boat ride. The boat anchors in 12 to 15 m and divers drop to the nearby reef at about 22 m. Difficulty is rated medium.
It has become one of the most popular dive sites on Tenerife and has taken over from the older Stingrays site as the place with the largest ray population. Fish here are often fed by fishermen and divers, so the marine life is abundant and mixed, with large Atlantic rays, stingrays, barracuda and moray eels.
