About this site
Baja de Luis lies off Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands, a volcanic archipelago in the Atlantic off the northwest coast of Africa, with dive sites along this coastline typically reached by short boat trips from ports on the island. It is a beginner site with a maximum depth of around 15 metres, and damselfish are common on the reef. Divers have also reported nudibranchs, octopus, parrotfish, pufferfish, scorpionfish, sea turtles, and wrasse here.
