About this site
Balabagon lies along the coast of Moalboal, on the western side of Cebu island facing the Tañon Strait, in the Visayas region of the Philippines. Moalboal's shoreline in this area is dotted with small dive sites reached from resorts along Panagsama and nearby stretches, mostly by short boat rides or direct shore entry.
