About this site
This stunning thila in Ari Atoll rises from 30 meters to 12 meters, creating a vibrant underwater pinnacle. Schools of snapper, trevally, and batfish swirl around the reef. Gray reef sharks patrol the edges while eagle rays glide overhead. The strong currents bring nutrient-rich waters, supporting colorful soft corals and sponges. Expect excellent visibility and thrilling drift dives along the steep walls. Night dives reveal hunting white tip reef sharks and curious octopuses. A must-dive spot for pelagic encounters in the Maldives.
